Island Breeze Luau
The historic King Kamehameha Kona Beach Hotel is home to the Island Breeze Luau. As the only oceanfront luau in Kona, the Island Breeze luau features some spectacular sights as well as amazing food and entertainment. Guests are greeted with a shell lei and a refreshing tropical drink from the open bar. Traditional arts and crafts, including coconut frond weaving and coconut opening, as well as Polynesian tattoo artists and performers provide guests with some great photo opportunities. To begin the evening the royal court arrives by canoe announced by the Court Conch Herald and Court Chanter. After a torch lighting ceremony, view the Imu ceremony. Then enjoy traditional Hawaiian fare during the luau buffet. After dinner the Island Breeze Polynesian Revue features spectacular song and dance routines from Hawaii, Tahiti, Samoa, Fiji and New Zealand. Guests can also view the placing of pig in imu at 10:30 a.m. on the morning of luau.

Kona Village Resort Luau
The Kona Village Resort Luau is the oldest continually running luau on the big island. It has been in production for more than 30 years. After enjoying traditional Hawaiian food and drinks, guests will be amazed by the luau's enchanting Polynesian Revue. The revue features Hawaiian Hula, chants, the amazing Samoan Fire Knife Dance, New Zealand's Maori warrior haka, and Tahitian tamure. And don't miss the traditional Imu ceremony that kicks off the festivities.

Legends of the Pacific
The magnificent Hilton Waikoloa Village Resort hosts the spectacular Legends of the Pacific Luau. Festivities begin in the early morning when guests are invited to watch the Placing of the Pig at 8:00 a.m. on the day of the luau. At 6:00 p.m. the cooked Kalua Pig is raised from the Imu in a traditional ceremony. Guests are greeted by Polynesian dancers and invited to partake of the delicious Big Island Luau Buffet featuring traditional Hawaiian cuisine. The entertainment begins after dinner with the spectacular Legends of the pacific showcase featuring song and dance from the Polynesian islands.

Mauna Kea Beach Hotel Luau
Guests of the Mauna Kea Beach Hotel can enjoy the splendor of the islands during the hotel's weekly luau. Experience the traditional Imu ceremony and enjoy delicious Hawaiian food and drink.
